Your celebration begins long before the day itself.
It begins by mail—giving your guests an introduction to your celebration and the first glimpse into what’s to come. Seastripes designs wedding stationery with care, intention, and a deep appreciation for meaningful craftsmanship and heirloom quality.
Custom stationery offers an opportunity to surprise and delight your guests. The layered, fluid nature of watercolor illustration brings warmth and romance to each piece, while thoughtful details—such as custom crests and monograms, bespoke toile patterns, illustrated venues or destinations, and even pet portraits—feel personal and enduring.
At its heart, wedding stationery is about connection—an invitation into something meaningful, personal, and worth celebrating. Seastripes proudly embraces all love stories and welcomes all couples to celebrate in a way that reflects and affirms their unique story.

wedding weekends
For multi-day celebrations, we extend your visual language across welcome moments, events, and environments.
Let's pause for a moment
Wedding planning can make it feel like there are hundreds of decisions, purchases, and things you just learned you are "supposed to do." Inspiration can slowly turn into pressure and reduce your celebration into a long list of decisions.
Seastripes knows every wedding is different and not every couple needs to do everything. Great weddings are not built by doing the most. They’re built through storytelling, intention, and care, through pieces that are created slowly, thoughtfully, and meant to last. Paper goods that feel personal, artful, and worthy of keeping.
You’ve already made the most important choice: who you’re marrying. Everything else is an opportunity to support and celebrate that decision.
Our role is to reduce the overwhelm and help you choose what matters most to you. We create heirloom-quality stationery and paper details that reflect your story and support your guests, at the pace and scale that feels true to you.
This is sharing your story.
This is dreaming about your future.
This is the fun part.
Now that we're on the same page, let's findout what is meaningful to you...
Day of Paper & Details
Day-of paper extends your stationery design into the wedding day itself. These pieces help guide guests through the celebration while reinforcing the visual language established in your stationery suites.
Day-of paper may include menus, programs, place cards, seating charts, escort displays, and signage—designed to feel intentional and cohesive rather than added on. Couples often select a small set of essentials or build out a more complete collection depending on the scale and flow of their event.

Stationery Suites
The foundation of wedding stationery, stationery suites may include save-the-dates, invitation suites, enclosure cards, envelopes, and coordinating details—designed as a cohesive set rather than individual pieces. Each suite is custom-designed with original watercolor illustration and thoughtful typography, creating a tactile introduction to your celebration.
Many couples begin with a save-the-date suite, followed by a more detailed invitation suite as plans are finalized. Timing varies by event, but save-the-dates are often sent up to a year in advance, with invitation suites typically following closer to the wedding day. We’ll guide timing and sequencing based on your event, needs, and priorities.
Wedding Weekends
For couples planning multi-day celebrations, wedding weekend cohesion moves your visual language through each event and environment. These pieces help create continuity from arrival to farewell, ensuring every touchpoint feels connected.
Weekend details may include welcome notes, itineraries, illustrated maps, signage, and custom paper goods for hosted events. Some couples incorporate a single illustrated element, while others develop a more expansive system spanning the entire weekend—both approaches are supported within the same guided process.

Wedding Branding
Wedding stationery typically begins with the invitation suite and extends into day-of paper—pieces that are personal, tactile, and designed to be kept.
For couples planning multi-day celebrations or immersive wedding weekends, event branding and signage may also be incorporated to create a cohesive visual experience across multiple events and environments and feature other custom items like welcome signs, coasters, napkins, gifts, & favors.
Both offerings follow the same guided process, but differ in focus. Wedding stationery centers on personal storytelling and heirloom paper goods, while event branding extends that visual language across a broader event experience.

Our custom toile transforms meaningful places, pets, florals, and favorites into hand-painted watercolor illustrations, composed into a refined, (often) single-color pattern. Each icon is painted individually, then thoughtfully arranged to create a design that feels balanced, timeless, and entirely your own.
One of the studio’s most intricate offerings, custom toile is designed for couples who value depth, continuity, and heirloom craftsmanship. The pattern works well across invitation suites, day-of paper, and wedding weekend elements—creating a visual story that can be revisited long after the celebration.
