our process

A fully guided design and production process designed to remove guesswork, time-consuming logistics, and ensure every detail feels cohesive and considered.

Every Seastripes project follows this same thoughtfully guided approach.

From first conversation through final celebration, we manage creative direction, design, production, and fulfillment in-house so nothing is left to chance. This process is foundational to how we work and is included with every project, allowing you to focus on your story, not the logistics.

How Most Projects Flow:

Our process is designed to spark creativity by creating clarity, confidence, and continuity—whether you’re commissioning a single illustration or planning a full weekend of event paper. While every project is singular, the way we work remains consistent, intentional, and well-supported throughout.

01. Inquiry & Discovery

We begin with a conversation about your vision, scope, and timing.

02. Design & Creative Development

Concepts are developed collaboratively, with custom illustration and thoughtful refinement as appropriate to the project. During this phase, we align on paper choices, finishes, and visual direction so the design feels true to you.

03. Production & Coordination

We manage printing, materials, and production details to ensure consistency and quality. We build review and refinement into the process, so you know when and how feedback is incorporated at each stage.

04. Fulfillment & Delivery

Pieces are assembled, packaged, and delivered with care.

05. Event Support (where applicable)

For weddings and special events, we coordinate day-of paper and signage details to ensure everything is seamlessly in place.
